1. Acceptance of Terms & Studio Policies

By accessing this website, scheduling a complimentary 1-on-1 session, or purchasing a membership package at Ignite EMS Austin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should not utilize studio services.

2. Medical Clearance & Contraindications Disclaimer

Ignite EMS utilizes FDA-cleared Electro Muscle Stimulation technology. While safe and zero-impact for the overwhelming majority of clients, electrical stimulation is strictly contraindicated for individuals with:

• Cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or electronic medical devices.
• Active pregnancy.
• Severe circulatory disorders, active thrombosis, or unmanaged epilepsy.

All clients must complete a mandatory health intake questionnaire prior to their first session. Ignite EMS trainers reserve the right to require medical doctor clearance prior to initiating training.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Because each 20-minute EMS session requires a dedicated 1-on-1 certified trainer and reserved studio suit, we enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to your session time incur zero fee or loss of credit.
• Late cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows may forfeit the session credit or incur a $25 late-cancellation fee for unlimited tier members.

4. Membership Subscriptions & Billing

Recurring memberships (Weekly Signature, Platinum Concierge) are billed on a monthly subscription cycle. Subscriptions can be modified or paused at any time with 7 days written notice prior to your next renewal date by emailing concierge@igniteems.com or managing your profile in the Client Portal.
