It is accessible solely by our certified EMS training staff for session safety and custom impulse parameter configuration.

2. Collection of Personal & Technical Information

We collect information you voluntarily provide when booking sessions, purchasing memberships, or completing online assessments:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, telephone number, and emergency contact details.
• Billing Information: Payment card details processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe / Firebase). We do not store raw credit card numbers on local servers.
• Technical Logs: Anonymous browser user-agents, IP addresses, and session interaction metrics to optimize digital experience.

3. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Vendors

Ignite EMS will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or health records to third-party advertisers. Information is disclosed strictly to encrypted infrastructure partners essential for operating our studio services:
